1. REGISTRATION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
When you buy your first product from renewcopenhagen.com, you will be registered as a user of the site. We register the following personal information: Name, address, phone number and e-mail.
The personal information is registered so that the product can be delivered to you, and so that you can track your purchase on renewcopenhagen.com.
Personal data is registered with Cosmo's owner and is stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.
When personal information is collected through our website, we ensure that this is always done by giving your explicit consent so that you are informed of exactly what information is being collected and why.
We do not store customer information in encrypted form.

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties, you always have the right to object to registration and the right to access all information we have registered about you. When you sign up for the newsletter, we register your email address and name. However, with exceptions, certain selected information will be shared with selected parcel distributors for shipments (name, address, email and phone number).
2. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After you place an order at renewcopenhagen.com, our system will automatically send you an order confirmation showing what products you ordered. We recommend saving or printing this email. In addition to the first confirmation, later you will also receive a delivery confirmation from the selected parcel distributor.
3. PRICES
You can choose to see our prices in Euros and in Zloty. Questions about this can be sent to biuro@frutticosmetics.com for further information.
All our prices are current prices and are updated regularly.
Delivery prices appear from the last payment steps.
4. PAYMENT
Payment for ordered products can be made online using the following payment cards. Dankort/VISA-Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, VISA, paypal.
Your payment will be withdrawn when your order is shipped.
5. SHIPPING.
Your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DAMAGE
If you find that the product is not in order upon receipt, or if you discover hidden damage to the product upon opening (where there were no visible marks on the packaging), please contact us at biuro@frutticosmetics.com as soon as possible within two business days.
To document the extent of the damage, please help us take photos of both the product and the packaging. Likewise, all packaging should be kept as documentation that there was damage in transit or concealed damage.
Once we receive your message, we will contact you within two business days to agree on a further course of action. We strive to fulfill your damage order within 14 days. In case of damage, the product cannot be put into service until we decide how to resolve the complaint.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Upon receipt of the product, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Polish Law on Sale of Goods. The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Therefore, within 14 days of receiving the product, you must inform us of your desire to cancel the purchase by contacting us at the following e-mail biuro@frutticosmetics.com. We are responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the product. In the event of a return, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is securely packaged and you bear the risk for the product until it is returned to us.

PAYMENT
When we receive the product, we will check it and then you will receive the payment you paid us when you purchased the product. This amount is always refunded to the same payment card you used when purchasing.

8 ADVERTISEMENT
Your purchase is covered by the Polish Law on Sale of Goods, which means that you have a two-year right of complaint. This means that you can get a replacement of the defective product, a refund or a price reduction, depending on the situation.
If you want to file a complaint, you must inform us as soon as possible and within two months of discovering the defect.
For product complaints, please contact us at biuro@frutticosmetics.com. Please provide a description of the defect and the invoice and/or purchase order number of the product you are claiming. Upon receipt of the claim, we will contact you as soon as possible within seven business days.
WHEN DOES THE RIGHT TO CLAIM EXPIRE?
The right of complaint expires if it has not been exercised in a timely manner within the stated two years, or if it can be proven that the defect/damage was caused by misuse of the product or other tortious act.
9. CHOICE OF LAW AND DISPUTES
Any disputes between the parties shall be settled by **common courts, applying** substantive law.
